The Investigating Panel conducts a preliminary investigation into any case where it is alleged that a person registered with the Association has defaulted in his professional capacity and decide whether the case should be referred to the Disciplinary Tribunal.

  1. It is my belief that Professional Accountants especially Finance Controllers and Heads of Audit of our various Institutions can collaborate and work hand in hand with many of our anti graft agencies especially Code of Conduct Bureau and ICPC but they must must be ready to synthesize and reach out to our members on how to work together so as to work together in order to curb the level of corruption that has become a cankerworm in our country.
